Therapy
Align Wellness therapists are ready and waiting to hold space and guide you in your work of deeper healing. Our compassionate and skilled clinicians are trained in a variety of methods to approach symptoms from their root, including DBT, IFS, EMDR, somatic and mindfulness-based therapies. We have clinicians who are in-network with Aetna, Ambetter, BCBS, Humana, and Multiplan. Fees range from $140-200, with some lower sliding scale spaces available, with a preference that those go to clients from under-served communities, especially trans folks and POC.

Yoga, Meditation, Ritual
Yoga and meditation are excellent tools to nourish our nervous systems, access deeper states of consciousness where meaningful and lasting healing happens, and to provide practical skills that improve our ability to manage difficult emotions. For these reasons, we really recommend all of our clients attend yoga sessions. It is an especially good adjunct to folks working through trauma, folks who feel either disconnected from or overwhelmed by their feelings, and folks seeking to increase self-compassion. Some therapists are trained to integrate yoga and meditation into your care, and we also offer standalone yoga and meditation sessions with Megan Nare, ERYT500.
Sometimes our feelings are bigger than us, and are coming from places that aren’t just about us - whether systemic and societal, ancestral, or living in the land. Once upon a time, humans lived in communities that had practices of connection to help process all of this. Our hyper-individualistic culture that focuses so much on productivity and consumerism has disconnected us from these old ways - and the power and strength that they provide. Our ritual offerings seek to create a larger, stronger communal container to invite these bigger energies to move through.
